Fabulous Feta
Lets make Feta, Persian Feta and Fresh Ricotta
In this cheese making workshop you will be taken through a step by step process of how to make Feta, cutting the curd, turning the curd and draining the whey and hooping the curd to get the end result of your very own hand made Feta cheese to be eaten in afew days.
You will also make Persian Feta and bottle it, so it will be ready for eating after marinating for few days then dive in with some crusty bread and enjoy it!
You will take home your hand made Feta and Perisan Feta that you have made as well as the recipes.

Terms & Cancellation Policy:
Refunds will be provided up to 7 days prior to the class
Can’t make it; You can rebooking or transfer your ticket, however please email us on info@urbancheese.com.au and advise us of this change 7 days prior to the class or as soon as possible and you will have 3 months to use your ticket.
If you cancel within 7 days or change your mind your fee will be forfeited
If you are unable to attend due to COVID please notify us by email as soon as possible so we can discuss your options.
Urban Cheese reserves the right to change or cancel a class if minimum class numbers are not met or due to unforeseen circumstance. Urban Cheese will notify participants within 24hours by text and/ or email.
