Mascarpone is made from acidifying and heating the cream which in turn removes the whey. Mascarpone is soft, smooth, a little sweet and a little tart. The cream gives it a rich luscious, creamier texture.
It is an indulgent cheese which can be enjoyed in cakes, desserts, muffins and savoury dishes
Come along have some fun, making your very own Mascarpone cheese and take it home to share! Along with the recipes.

Terms & Cancellation Policy:
Refunds will be provided up to 7 days prior to the class
Can’t make it; You can rebooking or transfer your ticket, however please email us on info@urbancheese.com.au and advise us of this change 7 days prior to the class or as soon as possible and you will have 3 months to use your ticket.
If you cancel within 7 days or change your mind your fee will be forfeited
If you are unable to attend due to COVID please notify us by email as soon as possible so we can discuss your options.
Urban Cheese reserves the right to change or cancel a class if minimum class numbers are not met or due to unforeseen circumstance. Urban Cheese will notify participants within 24hours by text and/ or email.
