Labneh
What is Labneh? Labneh is a low moisture cheese which is tangy thick and creamy.
It is soft and smooth similar to cream cheese but is made from yoghurt.
Labneh occurs when the whey is strained from the yoghurt. The longer you strain it the thicker it becomes and looks similar to the texture of cream cheese.
Labneh is used as a spread, a dip, marinated in oil, used in/ as a sweet or in savoury dishes to name a few.
Come along have some fun, making your very own Labneh, fill your jar of Labneh and take it home to share! Along with the recipes
This is a great class to learn about Labneh and yoghurt and start making your very own hand made products
