Learn to make mozzzzareeella!. Watch milk science occur and form a mass that is smooth, shiny and gradually you can stretch it and form it in a large ball or smaller balls of soft silky stretchy cheese that you can eat and enjoy.
You will be taken through a step by step process and you will learn to gradually stretch your curd and make your own fresh mozzarella cheese that is mild, fresh and just delicious.

Terms & Cancellation Policy:
Refunds will be provided up to 7 days prior to the class
Can’t make it; You can rebooking or transfer your ticket, however please email us on info@urbancheese.com.au and advise us of this change 7 days prior to the class or as soon as possible and you will have 3 months to use your ticket.
If you cancel within 7 days or change your mind your fee will be forfeited
If you are unable to attend due to COVID please notify us by email as soon as possible so we can discuss your options.
Urban Cheese reserves the right to change or cancel a class if minimum class numbers are not met or due to unforeseen circumstance. Urban Cheese will notify participants within 24hours by text and/ or email.
